Mount Kelly

Mount Kelly runs one of the world’s most successful school‑based performance swimming programmes, producing 120 international swimmers including 44 Olympians and Commonwealth athletes, training in its 50m Olympic Legacy Pool with an expert coaching team and consistently achieving national and international success such as European Junior medals, EYOF selections, Commonwealth and IPC representation and National Arena League titles, supported by a long‑standing culture that blends academic excellence with elite performance.

Ashford School

Ashford School Swimming offers a fully integrated programme, combining both academic and swimming excellence. Pastoral care and modern boarding facilities are available to support the long-term development of talented athletes between the ages of 8-18 years. As an accredited Swim England Club, squad members compete on a national circuit, ranging from County to Regional and National level meets. With a team of highly qualified and experienced coaches, the school focuses on providing an inspirational environment for those wishing to commit and achieve. Facilities include, 2 x 20m swimming pools, modern strength and conditioning suite, sports hall and extensive grounds.

Bournemouth Collegiate School

The BCS SWIMMING ACADEMY is a competitive swimming programme where pupils can combine their studies with high level, elite coaching. A personal school timetable gives talented sportsmen and women the opportunity to receive both coaching and an excellent education in school hours thus allowing for a life outside of school and training. Bournemouth Collegiate School Swimming is open to both pupils and non-pupils and is affiliated with Swim England. We aim to deliver a programme which promotes, enhances and nurtures sporting excellence.

Bradford Grammar School

BGS has been home to many performance level swimmers including Adrian Moorhouse, the Brownlee brothers, Sian Morgan, Ciara Schlosshan, Rebecca Clynes, and more recently Leah Schlosshan, who represented Great Britain and medaled at the European Junior Championships in Rome, 2022 and Belgrade 2023. Each athlete endured tough training regimes within local swimming clubs to achieve this status, which when combined with high academic expectations and time- consuming logistics, laid upon them significant pressure.

Brentwood School

These two organisations are closely linked through shared facilities and community presence in Essex: Shared Facility: Brentwood Swimming Club is based at the Brentwood Centre (managed by Everyone Active), but there is a strong community overlap with Brentwood School Sports Centre. Development Path: Many young swimmers begin with "Learn to Swim" lessons at Brentwood School and later transition into the competitive squads of the Brentwood Swimming Club. Competitive Success: Both the school's own swim team and the club have a history of high-level performance; for example, the school team recently achieved top-ten finishes at national finals under their Head of Swimming.

Brighton College

Brighton College offers a high‑quality swimming programme centred around its 25‑metre on‑site pool, providing opportunities for pupils to develop, improve and compete at advanced levels. Coaching is delivered by an Olympian swimmer, and the programme supports swimmers across all abilities, from those seeking technical development to athletes targeting elite‑level competitions. Pupils train up to six squad sessions per week, with access before, during and after school, and benefit from the College’s wider high‑performance sporting environment, including expert strength and conditioning support. Brighton College swimmers compete in national and world‑level championships, with recent success including Aran, the U15 British champion in the 100m and 200m backstroke, and Astrid, ranked top in the county for U15 backstroke and individual medley. The programme sits within a broader culture of sporting excellence, supported by world‑class facilities regularly used by national teams.

Ellesmere College Swimming Academy

Ellesmere College runs a long‑established performance swimming academy led by Head Coach Guy Worrow, supported by an experienced team of specialist coaches and strength‑and‑conditioning staff. The programme provides a fully integrated training and academic pathway from Year 5 to Year 13, with a strong record of producing swimmers who achieve county, regional, national and international standards, including junior and senior representation. The academy emphasises personal development, academic balance and wellbeing, and offers scholarships and means‑tested bursaries for talented swimmers.

Kings College Taunton

Our 25m, five‑lane pool provides an outstanding environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities, supported by features such as diving blocks, anti‑turbulence lane ropes and a wide range of training equipment. Our swimming programme gives pupils the chance to enjoy the water throughout their school life, whether they are developing confidence, training competitively or taking part as part of the PE curriculum. Alongside regular school fixtures, we run half‑termly time trials that allow swimmers to practise racing skills and track their progress over time.
